产品描述 :Zolbetuximab(IMAB362) is a monoclonal antibody that specifically targets Claudin-18.2.Zolbetuximab has potential antitumor activity, mediating killing of Claudin-18.2-positive cells through an immune effector mechanism.Zolbetuximab is used in the study of gastrointestinal adenocarcinomas and pancreatic tumors. 
体外活性 :IMAB362 (Zolbetuximab) 通过抗体依赖性细胞介导的细胞毒性和补体依赖性细胞毒性介导细胞死亡。 


内活性 :IMAB362 (Zolbetuximab) (33、100、300、600 及 1000 mg/m^2;针对高级胃癌或胃食管连接部癌症的成人患者) 在所有剂量下普遍耐受性良好,最常见的治疗相关不良事件为胃肠道毒性。IMAB362 的平均半衰期介于 13 至 24 天之间。尽管大多数患者在一次静脉注射 IMAB362 后的 4-5 周出现疾病进展,但600 mg/m^2 剂量组的一名患者在注射后大约2个月内疾病状态保持稳定。
